We offer a full range of FF&E (Furniture, Fixture and Equipment) and OS&E (Operating Supplies and Equipment) management services for both new build and renovation projects. Defect Liability Period Management
Defect Liability Period (DLP) or the rectification period, is the period after practical completion of construction during which the contractor remains liable under the contract to dealing with any defects which become apparent, at its own expense.
We want to ensure zero defects for our Client’s property and hence will cover for relevant terms and condition embedded within the contract. We will oversee your property against such risks, record, monitor defects and administer such rectification works in a timely manner, without interrupting building operation.
